Peach Mango Smoothie Popsicles

Healthy fruit smoothies in frozen form! Loaded with peaches, mangoes and yogurt, these pops are a real chill summer treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yogurt (plain, vanilla etc.)

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cups frozen peach slices

  • 1/2 cup mango/peach juice

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture between 6 popsicle moulds.
3. Place in the freezer. When the popsicles have frozen completely (4-6 hours) they are ready to be eaten!
4. To remove a popsicle from the mould, run it under hot water for 20-30 seconds and wiggle the popsicle back and forth until it slides free. Enjoy!
